Controller and operator

TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16481808, registered in England and Wales, is the controller for personal data processed through this public Opsline website unless an engagement-specific agreement states otherwise. Registered office: Office 23, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom, W1C 2BU.

What this site collects

Opsline does not currently run behavioural analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If you contact Opsline by email or another external messaging platform, that communication is processed by the relevant communications provider and used to respond to your enquiry or deliver an agreed engagement.

Written project briefs

The project-brief form on the website prepares a structured email in your own mail application. The page does not silently upload the form contents to an Opsline database before you choose to send the message.

Fonts and external resources

Opsline uses the visitor device's system font stack and does not require Google Fonts for page rendering. The SOVRA AI Advisor is an external interactive service loaded from sovra.network; opening or using it can involve requests to SOVRA infrastructure. Its dedicated privacy information is linked from the advisor interface.

SOVRA AI Advisor

Opsline pages may load the SOVRA AI Advisor from sovra.network and connect to the SOVRA advisor API when the assistant is used. Do not submit secrets, private keys, seed phrases, authentication credentials or other sensitive information to the advisor. Advisor-specific privacy information is available through the privacy link presented by that service.

Client information

Project details, requirements and contact information shared during written scoping or delivery are used for the relevant engagement, security review, support and related operational administration.

Purposes and lawful bases

Depending on the processing context, Opsline may rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where consent is legally required. Legitimate-interest processing is used only where those interests are not overridden by the rights and freedoms of the individual.

Retention

Enquiry, scoping, project, support, security and accounting records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, contractual administration, legal obligations, security evidence or dispute handling. Engagement-specific retention for logs, monitoring data, project artefacts and credentials must be defined in the written scope or data-processing terms where needed.

International transfers

Where personal data is processed outside the UK or EEA through a selected infrastructure, communications or other service provider, the applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards must be used where required, including adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests can be sent to legal@tvk.group. UK individuals may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; EU/EEA individuals may also complain to their competent supervisory authority where applicable.

Automated decisions

The public Opsline website does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on website visitors. Engagement-specific AI or automation outputs are operational aids and remain subject to the agreed authority, review and escalation model.

Secrets and credentials

Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, authentication codes, unrestricted signing credentials or production secrets through the public form, ordinary email, Telegram, Discord or the optional AI advisor. Where an integration needs credentials, the secure provisioning method, scope, rotation and revocation process must be agreed separately.

Third parties

Specific infrastructure, communications, blockchain or payment providers used for an engagement are defined by the written scope and may process data according to their own terms.

Contact

Privacy or data-handling questions can be sent to legal@tvk.group. Operational enquiries can be sent to team@tvklabs.com.

Opsline is operated by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Engagement-specific controller/processor roles, retention and security measures may be further defined in the written Statement of Work or data-processing terms.
