Terms of Service

Scope of work

Each engagement is defined by a written scope or Statement of Work agreed before implementation begins. Opsline delivers the work specified in that document. Material additions or changes outside the agreed scope require written approval and may be quoted separately.

Written-first communication

Opsline can scope, approve and manage engagements in writing. A call is not mandatory. The written project record is the reference for deliverables, permissions, acceptance criteria and commercial terms.

Payment

Payment method, currency, deposit requirements and delivery milestones are stated in the written Statement of Work for the relevant engagement. Do not send funds to any wallet or account unless those instructions have been provided through an authorised written Opsline or TVK channel.

Business-service focus and mandatory consumer rights

Opsline is primarily offered as a business-to-business engineering and automation service. If an engagement is nevertheless legally a consumer contract, nothing in these public terms or a Statement of Work removes mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any applicable pre-contract information, cancellation, digital-service, quality or remedy rights.

Revisions

Included revisions, acceptance criteria and any change-control process are defined in the written scope. Additional work outside that scope may require a separate quotation.

Timelines

Delivery timing depends on the technical scope, integrations, client dependencies and validation requirements. Any target delivery window becomes binding only to the extent stated in the written Statement of Work.

Ownership

Ownership and licence terms for delivered code, configuration and project-specific materials are defined in the written Statement of Work. General-purpose engineering patterns, reusable components and pre-existing intellectual property remain subject to their existing ownership and licence terms.

Third-party systems

Opsline may integrate with third-party platforms such as Telegram, Discord, blockchain networks, RPC providers, cloud services and APIs. Opsline does not control the uptime, policies or behaviour of those third-party systems.

Operator and service identity

Opsline is operated by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16481808, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Office 23, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom, W1C 2BU. “Opsline” is a product/service identity, not a separate incorporated entity.

Security, permissions and consequential actions

Automation permissions, credentials, approval gates and human-escalation rules must be agreed during scoping. Agents may observe, classify, summarize, recommend, route and perform expressly approved low-risk workflow actions. Signing transactions, transferring assets, changing credentials or privileges, deploying production code, modifying security policy, publishing externally, destructive actions, custody/recovery actions, or other consequential actions require the exact written scope, customer authorization, technical permission boundaries and any required human approval. Automation must not grant itself additional authority.

Keys, wallets and custody

Opsline does not require custody of private keys or seed phrases for ordinary monitoring and workflow services. Clients must not provide seed phrases, raw private keys or unrestricted signing credentials through ordinary email, website forms, Telegram, Discord or the optional AI advisor. Where a separately contracted integration requires a signing capability, the customer-controlled signer and approval architecture must be expressly documented and technically isolated.

Confidentiality

Non-public project information shared for scoping or delivery is treated as confidential unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or disclosure is legally required.

Monitoring and third-party data

Blockchain, RPC, exchange, webhook and platform data can be delayed, incomplete, reorganized, unavailable or inconsistent across providers. Monitoring output is operational information, not a guarantee of chain finality, legal ownership, settlement, security, investment performance or regulatory status.

Liability and governing terms

Engagement-specific liability limits and additional governing terms are stated in the written Statement of Work or applicable contract. Subject to mandatory law and any agreed contract terms, this public website and non-contractual matters are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there is a conflict between this public page and a signed or expressly accepted written agreement, the written agreement governs.
