Operator: TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16481808, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Office 23, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom, W1C 2BU. Opsline is a product/service identity, not a separate incorporated entity.

Agents may observe, classify, summarize, recommend, route and perform expressly approved low-risk workflow actions. Signing transactions, transferring assets, changing credentials or privileges, deploying production code, modifying security policy, publishing externally, destructive actions, custody/recovery actions, or other consequential actions require the exact written scope, customer authorization, technical permission boundaries and any required human approval. Opsline does not take custody of private keys or seed phrases and automation must not grant itself additional authority.

يتم تعريف كل مهمة كتابياً قبل بدء العمل. ويتم الاتفاق على النطاق والمخرجات والشروط التجارية والمسؤوليات ومعايير القبول للمشروع المحدد.

تُذكر شروط الدفع في اتفاق المشروع المكتوب. لا ترسل أي دفعة قبل التحقق من التعليمات والوجهة المتفق عليها.

تُحدد حقوق الملكية وإعادة الاستخدام في اتفاق المشروع. ولا تتم إعادة استخدام المعلومات السرية الخاصة بالعميل.

قد تتعطل أو تتغير منصات وشبكات ومزودو الطرف الثالث. وتُحدد شروط المسؤولية الخاصة بالمشروع في الاتفاق المكتوب.
