Opsline is an AI-agent and Web3 automation engineering product/service identity operated by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Opsline is not a separate incorporated entity, bank, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or public authority.

Operational authority

Opsline designs permission-scoped monitoring and automation. Agents may observe, classify, summarize, recommend, route and perform expressly approved low-risk workflow actions. Signing transactions, transferring assets, changing credentials or privileges, deploying production code, modifying security policy, publishing externally, destructive actions, custody/recovery actions or other consequential actions require exact written scope, customer authorization, technical permission boundaries and any required human approval. Automation must not grant itself additional authority.

Monitoring boundary

Blockchain, RPC, webhook and platform information may be delayed, incomplete, reorganized or unavailable. Opsline monitoring is operational information and does not independently establish chain finality, legal ownership, settlement, security, investment performance or regulatory status.
