Terms of Service

Each engagement is defined in writing before work begins. Scope, deliverables, commercial terms, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are agreed for the specific project.

Payment terms are stated in the written project agreement. No payment should be sent before the agreed written instructions and destination are verified.

Ownership and reuse rights are defined in the project agreement. Client-specific confidential information is not reused.

Third-party platforms, networks and providers can fail or change. Project-specific liability terms are set out in the written agreement.
